Booking & Cancellation Policy

Submitting a request — through the booking form, WhatsApp, Telegram or e-mail — does not guarantee availability. Every request is reviewed personally by our concierge, who may ask for more details or suggest alternatives.

Please consider a booking confirmed only after you receive an explicit confirmation through an authorised Elite Angels channel.

The confirmation states the agreed details: date, time, duration, location, Angel and rate. If anything differs from what you expected, tell us before the booking.

Certain bookings, travel arrangements or special requests may require a deposit. When a deposit applies, the amount and the payment instructions are communicated before any payment is made. Never pay a deposit that has not been requested through an authorised Elite Angels channel.

Changes to the date, time, duration, location or selected Angel remain subject to availability. Let us know as early as possible; we will do our best to accommodate you and will confirm any change explicitly.

Cancellation conditions can depend on the notice given, the circumstances of the booking, any travel arrangements made and expenses that cannot be recovered. Where specific conditions apply to your booking, they are communicated with the confirmation. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as you can.

We understand that plans can slip. Please let us know if you are running late: significant delays may affect the originally reserved duration and the arrangements made, as the Angel's time remains as agreed in the confirmation.

Travel bookings may have separate deposit, accommodation, transport and cancellation requirements, agreed individually before confirmation. They are described on the Travel page and in your confirmation.

Elite Angels may decline or discontinue arrangements where there are reasonable safety, fraud, abuse or identity concerns. Respect and discretion are expected from everyone involved; see Conduct & Safety in our terms.
