The website and our services are available exclusively to persons aged 18 or over who are legally permitted to access this content where they are. By using the website you confirm that you meet these requirements. See the 18+ notice.

A booking form, a WhatsApp message, a Telegram message or an e-mail is a booking request only. It is not automatically a confirmed booking, and submitting one does not guarantee availability.

Requests are reviewed personally. We may ask for further details, propose alternatives or decline a request.

A booking is confirmed only when Elite Angels communicates the confirmation separately through an authorised Elite Angels channel.

Until then, no arrangement exists. Details agreed in the confirmation — date, time, duration, location, Angel and rate — take precedence over anything shown on the website.

The Angels shown on the website are presented for information. Profile availability may change at any time, and a profile being visible does not mean the Angel is available on a given date. Availability is confirmed individually for each request.

Rates shown on a profile are indicative and expressed in euros; other currencies are approximate conversions. The applicable rate depends on the relevant profile, duration, location, travel requirements and the arrangements agreed in the confirmation.

Bronze, Silver and Gold are pricing categories that structure our portfolio; they describe rate levels and not different standards of care, respect or quality.

Accepted payment methods are shown on the Booking page and communicated with each confirmation. Certain bookings, travel arrangements or special requests may require a deposit; the amount and payment instructions are always communicated before any payment is made.

Changes and cancellations are governed by our Booking & Cancellation Policy and by the conditions communicated with the confirmation, which may take into account notice given, travel arrangements and non-recoverable expenses.

Respect, discretion and appropriate behaviour are required at all times. The following are not tolerated under any circumstances:

• harassment, threats, intimidation or violence
• coercion or pressure of any kind
• recording, photographing or filming without explicit prior agreement
• behaviour that creates a safety risk for anyone involved
• unlawful conduct of any nature.

Elite Angels may decline, suspend or discontinue any arrangement, without liability, where these standards are not met or where there are reasonable safety, fraud, abuse or identity concerns.

Nothing displayed on a profile overrides personal autonomy or consent.

Every Angel decides for herself, at all times, what she is comfortable with. Consent must always be voluntary and may be withdrawn at any moment. Any information on the website describing experiences, preferences or availability is indicative only and never creates an obligation.

We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy. Discretion is mutual: you agree not to disclose, publish or share the identity, contact details, images or any private information of an Angel or of Elite Angels staff.

Travel arrangements are subject to specific conditions regarding deposits, accommodation, transport and cancellation, which are agreed individually before confirmation. Details are set out on the Travel page and in the Booking & Cancellation Policy.

We take care to keep the website accurate, but information can change. Profile details, availability, rates and photographs are provided for general information and may be updated or removed at any time. Photographs may be professionally produced, cropped, colour-corrected or edited; physical characteristics, hairstyle and other appearance details may naturally change.

All photographs, videos, texts, logos and design elements on the website belong to Elite Angels or are used with permission. They may not be copied, downloaded, reproduced, distributed, altered or used for any purpose without our prior written consent. Images carry protective marks; removing or circumventing them is prohibited.

The website is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Elite Angels is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for interruptions or errors of the website, or for the content and practices of third-party services and platforms linked from it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree not to misuse the website — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, scraping or harvesting content or contact details, submitting false information, or using it for any unlawful purpose. We may restrict access where misuse is suspected.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page and applies from the date shown at the top. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
