Applying to Elite Angels means trusting us with personal information and photographs. This notice explains exactly how an application is handled — and what does not happen with it. It complements our general Privacy Policy.
Information Applicants Provide
A casting application may include your name, age confirmation, nationality, city, languages, contact details, profile information (such as measurements and appearance), availability, professional information and experience, photographs and anything else you choose to tell us.
Please share only what is necessary and only what you are comfortable with.
Why We Collect It
Application information is used only to review the application, to communicate with you about it and, where appropriate, to manage a subsequent professional relationship. It is not used for any other purpose without asking you first.
Photographs & Media
Photographs you upload are stored in a private area separate from the public website and are seen only by the people reviewing applications. Only upload photographs and media you have the right to provide.
Photographs submitted with an application are never published automatically.
Publishing a public profile is a separate step that happens only after an application is accepted and with the appropriate authorisation and workflow, agreed with you.
Application Review
Applications are reviewed personally and privately. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, a reply within a fixed time or any particular outcome.
Communication
We contact applicants through the channel they indicated — WhatsApp, Telegram, e-mail or telephone — and only about the application or a subsequent professional relationship.
Confidentiality
Applications are confidential. We do not disclose to third parties who has applied, and we do not share application materials outside the people who need them to review the application.
Retention
Applications are kept while they are under review and for a reasonable period afterwards. You may ask us at any time to delete your application and photographs, and we will do so unless we are required to keep them by law. Technical details attached to the submission (network address and browser information) are removed automatically after 90 days.
Accepted Applicants
If your application is accepted, the information you provided may be used to set up and manage the professional relationship. Anything intended for a public profile is agreed with you separately; nothing from the application becomes public without that step.
Unsuccessful Applications
If an application is not successful, or you withdraw it, we do not keep the materials longer than needed and will delete them on request.
Applicant Rights
Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, you may access, rectify or erase your information, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format and withdraw any consent you gave. Write to to exercise these rights; we may need to confirm your identity first. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority.
18+ Requirement
Applicants must be 18 or over. Age is confirmed as part of the application, and we may ask for verification before an application proceeds. Applications from anyone under 18 are not considered and their information is deleted.
