Your privacy, handled with discretion.

Elite Angels treats personal information with the same discretion we bring to everything else. This policy explains what we collect when you visit the website or contact us, how we use it, how long we keep it and the choices available to you.

01 — Information We Collect

We only collect what is needed to answer you and to run the website safely. Depending on how you interact with Elite Angels, this may include:

your name or preferred name
your e-mail address
your telephone number
your WhatsApp or Telegram contact details
booking preferences you share with us
the date, time, duration and location you request
messages you voluntarily send us
technical and security information generated by your visit — for example the network address a request came from, the browser type and the pages requested — used to keep the website secure and working.

If you apply through Casting, your application may additionally contain your age confirmation, nationality, city, languages, profile information, photographs, availability, professional information and anything else you choose to include. The Casting Privacy Notice describes how applications are handled.

Website analytics, where you allow them, are first-party and anonymous: a random identifier stored in your browser, the pages viewed, a coarse device type and the country of the connection. They are never linked to your name or contact details. See the Cookie Policy.

02 — How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

reply to booking, travel and casting enquiries and coordinate the arrangements you request
communicate with you through the channel you chose
review casting applications and, where appropriate, manage a subsequent professional relationship
keep the website secure, prevent abuse and fraud, and diagnose technical problems
understand — in aggregate and only where you allow analytics — how the website is used, so we can improve it
comply with legal obligations that may apply to us.

Personal information is not sold to advertisers.

03 — Legal Basis for Processing

Where European data-protection law applies, we rely on one of the following grounds for each use described above:

Steps taken at your request — answering an enquiry, arranging a booking or reviewing an application.
Legitimate interests — keeping the website secure, preventing misuse and understanding how it is used, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights.
Consent — for optional cookies and similar technologies, and for any processing where we ask you first. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
Legal obligation — where the law requires us to keep or disclose certain information.

04 — Confidentiality

Discretion is part of the Elite Angels experience. Enquiries are read only by the people who need them to assist you. We do not publish, share or discuss who has contacted us, and we expect the same discretion from everyone we work with.

Casting photographs are stored separately from the public website and are never made public as a result of an application.

05 — Service Providers

A small number of technology providers help us operate the website — hosting and infrastructure, network security and content delivery, and the delivery of web fonts. They process information on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service.

When you choose to contact us through WhatsApp, Telegram or e-mail, your message travels through that provider under its own terms and privacy policy, which we do not control.

06 — International Data Transfers

Our providers may process technical data — such as network requests — in countries outside the one you live in. Where European law applies, such transfers rely on the safeguards recognised by that law, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses put in place by the provider.

07 — Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for.

Enquiries and the related conversation are kept while we are assisting you and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can follow up on the same request.
Technical details attached to an enquiry (network address and browser information) are removed automatically after 90 days.
Anonymous analytics events are deleted automatically after 400 days.

08 — Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the nature of the information: encrypted connections to the website, access to enquiries restricted to authorised people, private storage for casting photographs and regular software updates. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we ask you to share only what is necessary.

09 — Your Privacy Rights

Where the General Data Protection Regulation or similar laws apply, you have the right to:

access the personal information we hold about you
rectify information that is inaccurate or incomplete
erase your information in the circumstances the law provides
restrict how we process it while a request is being reviewed
object to processing based on our legitimate interests
receive the information you provided in a portable format
withdraw consent at any time, where processing relies on consent, without affecting what was done before.

To exercise any of these rights, write to info@eliteangels.com. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data-protection authority of the country where you live or work.

10 — Casting Applications

Applications submitted through Casting contain more personal information than a booking enquiry, including photographs. They are reviewed privately, stored separately from the public website and used only to assess the application and to communicate with the applicant. Submitting an application does not create a public profile. Full details are in the Casting Privacy Notice.

11 — Adults Only

Elite Angels is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under that age. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us and it will be removed. See the 18+ notice.

12 — Changes to this Policy

We may update this policy when our practices or the law change. The date at the top of the page shows the current version. Where a change is significant, we will make it visible on the website.
